Exhibits:
1 - The first exhibit shows the notification for the taking of the deposition.
2 - Exhibit #2 shows a photocopy of a contract between Nolan K Bushnell of Atari Inc. and John A Britz of Bally Mfg from July 10th, 1972. The deal showcases the obligations of Atari to develop game concepts for the Chicago-based company including a pinball game called Fireball (which would be worked on by Ted Dabney) and a hockey-themed video game featuring on-screen hockey players.
